– Christine, Steve, Mac & Karson –
We have always tried to do what is best for our dogs and have enjoyed the challenges that come with this. We pride ourselves in the health and ability of the dogs we breed. We stand behind our dogs with written guarantees and unlimited support throughout the lifetime of your dog. We try to keep in contact with all our puppy people, who in turn assist us in monitoring the soundness we are breeding, and where we can improve (there is always room to improve). We are currently building an “Owner’s” page on the site to add pictures/comments and hope to add a health survey soon.
“Team Grouhel” competes to obtain conformation and working titles. Mostabear dogs have been awarded:

Mostabear dogs have been TITLED in Conformation, Obedience, Draft, Water, Rally, Therapy Dog and of course unofficially BFF for many.
Christine is a CKC ‘Canine Good Neighbour’ Evaluator and has entertained the idea of becoming a judge for the breed. She has acted in a variety of capacities for various breed clubs, including Vice President, Regional Director, Chairperson for multiple Boosters, main committee for 2010 Canadian National and Regional shows, organized and chaired Heart and Eye health certification clinics and of course volunteering whenever possible. Christine’s ultimate reward is when she can ‘Pay It Forward’…meaning, to take the opportunity when it presents itself to teach and help someone else, to provide pointers or just to support the next person coming into this game. Although the dogs are primarily Christine’s gig, she has an entire support network behind her that has allowed the kennel to flourish! Everyone in the family assists and shows dogs.
